Summary:
The universal bimetallic thermometer is an industrial bimetallic thermometer. The main component is a multilayer metal sheet laminated by two or more metal sheets. In order to improve the sensitivity of temperature measurement, metal sheets are usually made into spiral coil shapes. When the temperature of the multilayer metal sheet changes, the expansion or shrinkage of the metal layers is not equal, so that the spiral coil is rolled up or loosened. Because one end of the spiral coil is fixed and the other end is connected to a pointer which can rotate freely, the two metals change differently when the temperature changes, so they will bend. One end is fixed and the other end changes with temperature, and the displacement is close to the temperature. The self recording system is made up of self recording clock and self recording pen. The self recording pen is connected with the magnifying lever and is controlled by the sensing element. When the bimetal feels the temperature change, the pointer can indicate the temperature on a circular indexing scale. The temperature range of this instrument is 200~650 degrees, and it is allowed to be around 1% of the scale two.

Working principle:
The bimetallic thermometer is based on a bimetallic strip circled and bent. When one end is heated and expanded, the pointer is rotated, and the working instrument displays the temperature value.
