I. Product Overview
The WSSX series explosion-proof electrical contact metal bimetallic thermometer shell is made of aluminum alloy. Through the aluminum alloy shell, the circuit of sparking and arcing in the instrument can be separated from the explosive gas mixture outside the watch case, so as to achieve the purpose of flameproof.
The performance of the bimetallic thermometer of the explosion-proof electrical contact is in line with the 1 part of the BG3836.1-2000 explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres: General requirements and the second part of the GB3836.2-2000 explosion-proof electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres: the standard of flameproof electrical equipment "d".
The bimetallic thermometer of the explosion-proof electrical contact has an electrical contact device, that is, a mechanical electrical contact. When the temperature of the tested medium changes, the thin shaft and the steering gear of the free end drive the pointer and the moving contact to rotate. The temperature change value is indicated on the scale plate. When it contacts or disconnects with the fixed contact point (upper and lower limit contacts), the relay and contactor in the circuit system are moved to achieve the purpose of automatic control and alarm.
The WSSX series explosion-proof electrical contact bimetallic thermometer is a single needle indicating thermometer, which is fixed by one end of a bimetallic strip twisted around a spiral tube and connected with a pointer by a free end and rotated with the change of temperature, and drives the pointer to rotate to indicate the temperature. It is the temperature measurement of liquid, steam and gas medium and solid surface in the range of -80 to +500 C in the process of petroleum, coking, chemical, pharmaceutical and other enterprises.
