YE60- bellows pressure gauge
Description
Structural principle:
The diaphragm pressure gauge is also known as the micro pressure gauge. The principle of the structure is to increase the displacement of the diaphragm and increase the sensitivity of the pressure gauge. The two concentric diaphragms are welded together and made into hollow membrane boxes. The diaphragm is used as an elastic sensing element to measure the pressure gauge of the micro pressure gauge called the membrane box pressure gauge.
The diaphragm pressure gauge is composed of a measuring system, a rotary indicating mechanism and a case. The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the free end of the corrugated box under the pressure of the medium, and then the rotation of the gear rod and the rotation mechanism of the gear are magnified, and the measured value is indicated on the dial according to the pointer fixed on the gear shaft.
Product uses:
Diaphragm box is used as sensitive element for measuring tiny pressure. It is suitable for measuring the micro pressure and negative pressure of copper alloys which do not corrode and do not explode dangerous gas. It is widely used in boiler ventilation, gas pipelines, combustion devices and other similar equipment. The stainless steel bellows pressure gauge is made of stainless steel according to the pressure guiding system and the outer casing. It is applied to the measurement of micro pressure and negative pressure of various gas medium in the process with high corrosion resistance. The stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge has a corrosion resistance micro pressure gauge developed according to the structural characteristics of the original diaphragm pressure gauge. It is used to measure the micro pressure and negative pressure of various gas medium in the process of boiler ventilation and gas pipeline. Accuracy: grade 2.5.
