Platinum rhodium thermocouple
Description
I. Product Overview
The WR series platinum rhodium thermocouple is also called the precious metal thermocouple. As a temperature measuring sensor, it is commonly used in conjunction with temperature transmitters, regulators and display instruments. It is composed of a process control system to directly measure or control the temperature of liquids, vapors and gas medium and solid surfaces in the production range of 0-1800 degrees.
The platinum rhodium thermocouple is made up of two different conductors at the ends of the conductor. When the temperature of the two junction points is different, the thermal current will be generated in the loop. If there is a temperature difference between the working end and the reference end of the thermocouple, the display instrument will indicate the temperature corresponding to the thermoelectric potential generated by the thermocouple.
The thermoelectric heat of the platinum rhodium thermocouple will increase with the increase of the temperature of the measuring terminal. Its size is only related to the temperature of the thermocouple material and the two ends, and has nothing to do with the length and diameter of the thermoelectric pole.
The shapes of various platinum rhodium thermocouples are often very different because of their needs, but their basic structures are basically the same. They are usually made up of main components such as thermal electrodes, insulation sleeve protection tubes and junction boxes.
Two. Product application
Platinum rhodium thermocouple is suitable for high temperature applications in various production processes. It is widely used in powder metallurgy, sintering bright furnace, vacuum furnace, smelting furnace, glass, steelmaking furnace and ceramic and industrial salt bath furnace.
