Armored thermal resistance
Description
Product overview
WZPK armored thermistor is a temperature sensor. It is smaller than the fabricated thermistor diameter. It is easy to bend and has good aseismic property. It is suitable to be installed on occasions where the assembled thermal resistance can not be installed. The WZPK series armored thermal resistance produced by our company adopts the introduction of the thermal resistance temperature measuring element. Therefore, it has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, fast thermal response time, stable quality and long service life. The armored thermal resistance outer protective sleeve is made of stainless steel and filled with high density oxide insulator. Therefore, armored thermal resistance has strong anti pollution and mechanical strength, and is suitable for installation in harsh environment.Armored thermal resistance can be used to measure the temperature in the range of -200-600 C, and can be directly connected with two wire instruments. Because the armored thermal resistance has good electrical output characteristics, it can provide accurate temperature change signals for display instruments, loggers, adjusters, scanners, data loggers and computers.
Working principle:
The working principle of armored thermal resistance: under the action of temperature, the resistance of heat resistance wire changes with it, indicating that the instrument will indicate the temperature corresponding to the resistance value produced by thermal resistance.
Main technical indicators:
The resistance value (R100) of the thermo resistance thermosensitive element at 100 degrees centigrade and its resistance R0 ratio at 0 C: (R100/R0)
Indexing No. Pt100: class a R0=100 + 0.06
B class R0=100 + 0.12
R0/R100=1.3850
